House Rules

🤫 Quiet hours are between 10:30 pm - 7:30 am. If neighbors complain you'll lose your $250 security deposit. 🚭 No smoking inside or in the garage. Throw away all cigarette buds if you smoke outside. 🎵 Enjoy music during the day, but after 8:30 pm please be kind to our neighbors by not playing music outside. Play music inside with the doors and windows closed – including the game room. 💦 Relax in the hot tub – but don't eat or drink. We don't want food floating around and clogging the pumps. 🐶 Your furry pet is welcome, but not on the furniture or in the beds. There's a kennel provided in the downstairs bedroom. Poop bags are outside – please use them to pick up after they go and throw it away in the trash. 🔑 Lock the house before you leave by pressing the Yall lock logo. To enter the door, please refer to your welcome message with your unique code.

This place was the ideal spot for a bachelor party. Great entertainment / hangout setup and very comfortable sleeping accommodations. It’s also a quick uber into town, so the location is good! Would definitely recommend for any bachelor / bachelorette party.

We booked a last-minute Airbnb for the 4th of July weekend to spend time with family. We were looking for something close to downtown and found this gem with great reviews — so we didn’t hesitate to book it. I can’t say enough good things about this house! It’s on the smaller side, but it has plenty of rooms, and we were all super comfortable. The space is really well-furnished, and Austin, the host has it stocked with Starbucks coffee beans to grind, hot cocoa, Topo Chico, lots of condiments, shampoo, conditioner, paper plates, cups even bug spray! He truly thought of everything a guest might need. Austin checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The garage is also fully equipped with games and activities, so there’s no chance of getting bored during your stay. I highly recommend this house. You won’t be disappointed.

This home is only 4 miles from Austin's city center. You'll easily get around via Uber or Lyft. To get to any popular restaurant or bar is less than 10 minutes away and about $10 on any rideshare app. Plus, getting to the airport is only 8 minutes away so you'll never be in a rush.
